What is your return policy for online purchases?
You can return unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and socks are not eligible for return or exchange.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I have my trousers hemmed or suits tailored?
While we do not offer online tailoring, you can bring your online purchase and tax invoice to selected G2000 retail stores to access our professional alteration services for a nominal fee.
