Initiate Request
Log into your G2000 account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.
Pack and Label
Securely pack your items and include the original invoice; attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
